Shipping Policy

• All orders ship within 5-10 business days of purchase

• Domestic US shipping only — international shipping coming in future drops

• Tracking information provided via email upon shipment

• Delivery times are subject to carrier handling once in transit and are not guaranteed

• I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked delivered but not received — please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for these issues

• I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses — please double check your shipping address at checkout

 

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final — I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

• If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery at aaron@aaronweeks.studio with:

  • Photos of the damaged piece

  • Photos of the packaging including the box and any visible exterior damage

• I will review and respond within 3 business days

• Resolutions may include replacement, or refund depending on circumstances

• I do not offer refunds for pieces that have been used

 

Handmade Variation

• All pieces are individually wheel thrown and hand finished in my studio

• Slight variation in glaze, form, dimensions, and surface texture are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects

• The piece you receive may differ slightly from what is pictured — this is intentional and part of what makes each piece its own unique object

• Dimensions and capacity listed are approximate

 

Food & Product Safety

• All glazes are lead free

• Microwave safe

• Dishwasher safe

• Hand wash recommended for longevity

• Avoid sudden temperature changes

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed — please review your order carefully before completing checkout

• If you made an error on your order contact me immediately at aaron@aaronweeks.studio and I will do my best to accommodate before the order ships — I cannot guarantee changes can be made

 

Sales Tax

• Sales tax is collected on all orders shipping to California addresses in accordance with California state law

• Tax rate is calculated based on the destination address

 

Privacy

• Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication

• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties
